I have a passion for the natural world and the experiential art of building. Cultivated early in my career as a laborer, my professional experience fuses the dedication of my mentors to my technical design, knowledge of zoning and building codes and our responsibility to community in building quality environments where we live, work and play. This 'skill' has developed through thirty years of diverse project experience; ranging from planning to construction, from large scale regional projects to the small tenant improvements.I have worked with single-family home owners, interior designers, developers, architects, structural engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, as well as facility, administrative and corporate clients. My broad scope of experience gives me confidence to successfully move projects forward, adapting design skills to creatively serve various project types and client groups. I carry an innate ability to foster teamwork by listening and understanding the project objectives and my role in that delivery. I offer a professional commitment to not only meet those objectives, but to enhance our mutual building experience.
