I led all products and oversaw tech.Achievements over the 12 months included: - Acquisition of Joyful.org by The Access Group - BD, strategy and board support for the acquisition - Built an extremely successful AI/ML Google Ads product for NFP market. 20x more efficient than ad agencies and first to market (globally) with this idea. Onboarded 100+ clients within 6 months. - Dramatically transformed client onboarding from a manual human process to an AI led online platform, making the business truly SaaS. - Evolved the design approach to customer sites by implementing a new technical framework. This resulted in 50% less cost in client launches.

Signing clients such as Lenovo, CapitalOne, Walmart, Intuit, Informatica, Ericsson and many more. I led the engineering team, architecture and application that serves millions of users at the enterprise level. Ensuring stability, security and roadmap. I developed a new API product called Connect. This solution was the first middleware platform globally that helped HR/Talent SaaS businesses to bridge data between their applications and large backend ATS/HRIS solutions such as Workday, iCims, Oracle and many more. Connect is a heavily scalable RESTful API which can integrate with most of the leading ATSs: Taleo (Oracle), iCims, Greenhouse, Lumesse, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn, Workday, Lever and Gr8 People.

Founding RolePoint and taking the product from ideation to a multi-million dollar funding round. The company grew between London, New York and San Francisco where we collaborated with 30+ investors in Silicon Valley. Ranging from Eric Schmidt (Chairman and ex-CEO of Google), Facebook’s management team, Box.net's Aaron Levie, HubSpot's Dharmesh Shah, 500 Startups and of course Angel Pad’s Thomas Korte & Carine Magescas (class of spring 2011).Amongst a variety of roles a founder would have to perform, that time was mostly spent validating the solution, designing, testing and engineering the product. Learning about workplace environments, social network impact and trends, behavioural economics and psychology. Understanding the core technologies in talent management and recruiting. Working within Deutsche Bank I have been thoroughly trained as part of my introduction in Project, Change and Strategy management along with economics, ITIL, communications and negotiating.Later I managed development teams in India alongside running strategy projects within IT for the companies Product Management Directors as well as winning an innovation award and receiving some of the highest achievements within the organisation.I was also responsible for leading the Product Service Catalog project visible to almost 50% of the business and it’s technical departments. This involved building the applications to curate and manage the vast collection of infrastructure tech used for front office business.
