Onboarded 100+ clients within 6 months. - Dramatically transformed client onboarding from a manual human process to an AI led online platform, making the business truly SaaS. - Evolved the design approach to customer sites by implementing a new technical framework. This resulted in 50% less cost in client launches.

I developed a new API product called Connect. This solution was the first middleware platform globally that helped HR/Talent SaaS businesses to bridge data between their applications and large backend ATS/HRIS solutions such as Workday, iCims, Oracle and many more. Connect is a heavily scalable RESTful API which can integrate with most of the leading ATSs: Taleo (Oracle), iCims, Greenhouse, Lumesse, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn, Workday, Lever and Gr8 People.

Founding RolePoint and taking the product from ideation to a multi-million dollar funding round. The company grew between London, New York and San Francisco where we collaborated with 30+ investors in Silicon Valley.
