About Rick Trask

We are increasingly facing a fast-changing, complex, paradoxical and interdependent world. This is having a significant impact on our ability to thrive as individuals, and for our teams and organisations to better serve us.In this challenging environment it is important to recognise and address the different beliefs, expectations and contexts that influence us and our work. This includes our key reference points, relationships, processes/resources and learning. I am particularly interested in how individuals and organisations work and thrive in ongoing change. As an international coach and facilitator I have worked for over 15 years supporting individuals, teams, departments and organisations. This includes:- Individual support, strategic realignments, restructuring, team and department development, system and process improvements, key relationship management and working in ongoing change. - Part-time Director of a small international UK charity for three years and co-founding the charity Working in Trust which focused on developing the essential nature of trust with, and within, organisations.I am focused on helping people to help themselves – working practically with real-life opportunities and challenge in our fast-changing, complex and interdependent world.I am an Associate of the Oasis School of Human Relations, a member of the Oasis Community of Practice – Organisational Development and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturing and Science (RSA).
