Assisted with a leadership succession that went flawlessly, helped to evolve the company’s mindset from a medical device manufacturer to an insulin therapy management provider, and as Chairman of the Nominating and Governance committee, added three new board members and oversaw a transformation of the board of directors to a more diverse group of professionals that added significant value and aligned well with the needs of the business.
