- Developed Trend Micro Activation Service and Next Generation Licensing Service, a credit-based system that helps more than 7,000 enterprise customers activate and track usage of their solutions in a friendly manner throughout the process.- Worked as an agile team with product owners, data scientists, and team members to release high-quality software on a weekly basis.- Developed a business analytics service for partners to sell our products to their precise customers, designed as a serverless structure, based on AWS Lambda, combined with Kafka messaging and Python to process data.- Won 2nd place among 90 teams and 1,500 employees in an internal Customer Success and DevOps contest.- Won 1st place among 20 teams in the Information System (IS) DevOps Camp.- Developed Single Sign On system and role-based access control (RBAC) system to allow customers and partners to seamlessly log in to all Trend Micro services.

- Developed network security software, Probe, run on Linux, process and send data packets to record IP/MAC path, intercept illegal IP&MAC, provide DHCP function, and discover network switch devices.- Developed a feature-rich Network Management Console using ASP.Net MVC for network access control, network policy management, self-hosted DHCP Server Setting, and network switch topology- Collaborated with the product owner and team members as an agile team member, shipping high-quality software every week.

Automated Programming System: - Developed an operating software with C# for the equipment to pick & place ICs from the tray, tube, and tape to IC programmer. - Optimized the movement path algorithm, error handling process to improve UPH (unit per hour).Automated Optical Inspection System: - Built an operating software for the equipment to performs an efficient and precise inspection of ball size/loop height/stitch size with 3D optical measurements for ICs. - Cooperated with the optical engineer to build the optical measurement algorithm, implementing mathematical methods for machine movement.
