My main focus is our youth, trying to work with parents to help them teach their kids about Christ. I work on programs to facilitate fellowship with other teens within the community. Use the Bible to teach what Christ wishes us all to be. I believe the Bible teaches that there are two institutions by which God has used to manage man, the home and the church. We have to get back to teaching Bible in our homes and not expect our kids to understand Christ with one hour of study each week at church. That will not do it! Proof is in the retention rate of teens once they leave the home. Too many are leaving the church when they leave for College and never come back.

I started on the floor on the Spunbond I machine then worked as Process Specialist on both Spunbond I & II. I moved into a leadership role as Lead Operator on Spunbond II. Then later I worked for two years as a Quality Specialist working with 6 Sigma Quality. After this I moved into Machine Planning which led me to working with the MOST team in the Warehouse. I finished my career at KC by helping roll out the SAP system in Nonwovens and being trained as the MRP Controller for the Corinth Nonwovens Mill. I have done everything from hanging cardboard and duct tape on the LDS system to adjusting deflector teeth. I trained in 6 sigma quality, SMED, and many other training programs offered at KC over the years. I learned the planning trade of ordering raw materials to manage inventory levels. I learned to do this manually as well as how to manage our inhouse inventory and the inventory at our customers. Later on as our systems progressed especially with SAP all the manual labor was replaced with automated systems. Last and especially not least I learned how to use the SAP system as the Materials Resource Planner to order parts to manage inventory levels in the store room as well as having items on hand for maintance downs. All in all I do just about everything there was to do inside a Nonwovens facility.
