· Responsible for performing all servicing functions on REO properties within Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s guidelines. · Monitoring their portfolios by maintaining hazard insurance, taxes , issue monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments for their files that had the presence of a HOA, Condo and Co-op involvement, resolving outstanding any outstanding liens which results in a potential defect in title, and resolving any other issues that would hinder the re-sell of their REO properties where applicable.

• Retrieve Mortgage Documents (i.e. Assignment, Note, Recorded Security Instrument, Power of Attorney, Allonge of Note, etc.) from Client's system and provide to the Foreclosing Attorney meeting deadlines. • Respond to all-on-site, regional, client and Attorney telephone calls and written requests within 24 hours of receipt. • Perform other duties assigned by Management.

• Thoroughly review and analyze Foreclosure processes and work with Attorney network to meet deadlines. • Document the system with appropriate action and/or follow-up on each file. Ensure Fannie Mae timeframes of the Foreclosure process are adhered to by diligently tracking Attorneys' progress. • Respond to all-on-site, regional, client and Attorney telephone calls and written requests within 24 hours of receipt. Perform other duties assigned by Management.
