- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions.- Ensure the process making quotation, receiving purchase order from customer- Fill in and update the sales information on the Sales Platform Online.- Plan and direct sales visit activities within the assigned customers to maximize the market share.- Generate the tender document together with Sales Admin, and Product Team and assure the tender document is completed in Commercial and Technical.- Plan and execute the initiative strategy to each assigned customer in order to increase the sales booking.- Generate a sense of trust and honesty with customers and treat them as our key business partner.- Attend the Sales meeting, update the Job Funnel forecast booking and make initiative plan to improve the market share.- Attain a solid relationship with Sales Admin, Product Team, and Service Department and with factory Principal in getting fully support for tender requirement.- Ensure the Quarter and Annual Sales booking are met by forecasting the sales opportunities in the weekly job funnel.

- Conceptualize and communicate on how products and services impact opportunities and sales coverage within the industry.- Actively contribute to account strategy definition and review.- Perform needs assessments and solution discovery sessions.- Review customer operations for business process improvement opportunities.- Define which products (and partner offerings, if applicable) are best to address prospect business requirements.- Understand product functionality / capability gaps, and then defines ways to address gaps using product enhancements, partners, etc.- Design and deliver product demonstrations based on the requirements and the competitive sales situation.- Define product and technical responses for RFP requests.- Request and coordinate resources needed to support the sales engagement.- Participate at tradeshows, conferences and other events as needed by Product Champion and Sales Management.- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all products, features, functions, and benefits.- Provide education and training to peers, sales and presales staff and others in the organization.- Become affiliated with industry groups, user groups, etc.
