With over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Ricky Abramson has a proven track record of successfully delivering revenue-generating entertainment strategies for any type of event. In July of 2022, Abramson joined Vibee as Vice President of Property Partnerships. In this role, as a member of the executive team, Ricky has developed and manages Vibee’s hotel strategy in securing room blocks for festival and curated travel experiences throughout North America. Additionally, Ricky supports the Talent team on ideating brand, artist and festival concepts which best fit the overall Vibee strategy. In addition to Vibee, Abramson is the owner and principal consultant of The Talent Booker working with highly reputable clients including iHeartMedia, Caesars Entertainment, Bud Light, San Francisco 49ers, EA Sports, Volvo and SONY to attract A-list talent and monetize their events. He consults directly with clients to secure talent in alignment with their audience and goals and leverage a strong network of agents, managers and publicists to access entertainers for each unique event. Ricky has secured top talent for concerts, appearances, comedy shows, and speaking engagements across a variety of industries. Additionally, in 2015, Abramson founded Boots On Stage to provide non-traditional country music marketing. He developed a talented team with over 20+ years of experience to execute unique marketing strategies tailored for artists, promoters and events for their specific audience and content. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Abramson spent 7-years at the William Morris Agency where he became a Personal Appearance Agent. In 2010, Ricky left the agency to become a buyer where he led the talent procurement department for one of the country’s leading hospitality development and management companies, comprising of eleven top-tier Las Vegas nightclubs, pools and lounges. He secured acts such as Skrillex, Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Fun., Pitbull, Flo Rida, Major Lazer and The Kardashians for premiere entertainment venues. Throughout Ricky’s career, he has consistently delivered significant financial results for major event venues and brands. He has worked across a variety of industries to deliver the right talent and the right strategies to maximize event impact and outcomes.
