Led the build of FAST in 2014 and extended PayNow instant payment connectivity with key corridors: India, Malaysia and Thailand, with other significant trading markets in the pipeline. Supported NEXUS multi-lateral payments development under the leadership of BIS Innovation Hub.

Led NETS Merchant business across merchant acquiring, product development, client onboarding and servicing teams. Built NETSPay mobile wallet, tokenizing NETS debit card using NFC and QR technologies, and extended bilateral QR connectivity working with key international schemes and acquiring partners in key travel markets of Malaysia, Thailand, China and India, that availed 12 million acceptance points internationally. Rolled out contactless debit card acceptance across Singapore's merchant and national transportation network that saw a significant uplift of 20x transaction volume, and developed card-on-file technology to digitally embed NETS debit cards for payments in merchant mobile apps.

Led the build and launch of Singapore's FAST instant payment service in 2014, with PayNow proxy addressing added subsequently, that saw the tremendous uptake of digital payments across the country where PayNow usage has now outstripped cash by >4x. Built and supported our RTGS platform for central bank clients in Asia and the middle east. Operated a cheque outsourcing service for banks in Singapore, clearing some 2/3 of cheques in Singapore daily.
