Ricky Tran is a renowned yoga practitioner and teacher known for his transformative journey from addiction to yoga mastery. He has founded several yoga studios, including Krama Yoga Center, Castle Hills Yoga, and Yoga Southside. Ricky is also behind the pop-up Addison Circle Yoga, where you can find him teaching at the park a few times a year.With a degree in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Real Estate from the University of North Texas and a Vinyasa Krama Yoga Teacher certification from Loyola Marymount University, Ricky has taught at prestigious institutions, including Kripalu, the largest yoga retreat center in North America.Inspired and informed by two decades of practice and study, Ricky's teachings draw from various methods, primarily rooted in the disciple lineages of Sri T. Krishnamacharya.His classes are accessible, fun, challenging, healing, educational, inspiring, calming, and adaptive. Attending Ricky's classes is a journey into the heart of yoga, where students experience a blend of traditional practices and modern insights that cater to all levels. His diverse student base has included actors to Olympians, doctors/nurses to C-level leadership, and from newbies to budding yoga teachers, reflecting the high level of teachings he offers. Each session is designed to offer a unique blend of physical rigor and spiritual depth, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching yoga experience.He spends most of his time working with private clients in and out of town. In his spare time, he is building the Yoga Health Institute Corporation and Feel to Heal Retreat Center, both in Dallas, TX.​
