Defined strategic programs, projects, and initiatives as part of the Oncology Technology Strategy Team for McKesson’s community oncology practices. Relevant work:- Led our oncology practice digitization initiative, focusing on automation and generative AI opportunities. - Led a generative AI-based product pilot with McKesson’s community oncology practices. - Collaborated with two consulting firms to repurpose previous engagement data for a sustainable PowerBI dashboard, bypassing costly vendor tool subscriptions while maintaining insights that the data provided.

- Provided thought leadership and collaboration with global application consultants and solutions architects to establish the Center of Excellence. - Participated on a global cross-functional team as the implementation SME for a Software Pilot Execution Playbook. I took initiative to further simplify the playbook into a radically simplified version in the form of a Google Site. - Led a global cross-functional team to produce the implementation portion of a playbook to launch software products regionally around the world.

As a field based employee from my home in Richmond, KY, my responsibilities and accomplishments related to SaaS based Navify applications (Tumor Board, Clinical Trial Match, Publication Search, Guidelines) include: - Providing thought leadership and initiating improvements for pre-sales and implementation policies, procedures, and documentation (internal and customer facing).- Providing pre-sales support: application demonstrations, workflow and change management assessments, etc.- Implementations that include in-person and virtual training, change management, workflow assessments and improvement recommendations, and documentation of all of the above. - Taking initiative to develop custom code (AppleScript and Javascript) to improve the SaaS tenant preparation process. The code enhanced Navify Tumor Board's sample data quality and reduced the sample patient loading process time by 67%. I designed and developed the code so that it may be executed without requiring additional software purchases, installations, or approvals.- Taking initiative to simplify technical documents to create end-user documentation for a configurable mobile application (iOS and Android) and web portal that helps track COVID-19 symptoms and return to work/school output from the app's decision engine. - Taking initiative to create several short “explainer videos” that focus on specific application tasks. These videos provide rapid instruction as opposed to end-users having to reference a user guide or initiate an email dialog.

Responsibilities and accomplishments included: - Providing thought leadership, planning, and solution architecture for a Salesforce based medical assessment application to be developed on the Force.com platform. The solution has multiple integration points and supports up to 3000 users. - Led the design, then collaborated with management, developers, and QA engineers to initiate and implement a DevOps 'proof of concept' for Salesforce development. The POC was successful and was implemented as a standard development method.- Designing and building an app to assist Admins in managing additional aspects of their org, including third party app management, internal/external contacts, calendars, future enhancements, etc.

Multiple positions included: Business Analyst Consultant, Sr. Solutions Analyst, Associate Director - Clinical Operating SystemsCritical experience and accomplishments:- Providing project leadership and solution architecture for a Salesforce based post-acute/complex care EMR built on the Force.com platform for 300+ nurse practitioners across the U.S.- Successfully implementing an orderly intake process for trouble tickets, enhancement requests, change management, and code deployment. This included 'as-is' and 'to-be' business process/workflow documentation.- In this project I led a team of 15 resources, including Salesforce developers and architects, business analysts, quality analysts, Scrum Master, and UI/UX designer. We were able to stabilize the application and begin planning for its successor. - Integration: Analyzing and conducting data mapping, transformation, and transfer methods of bi-directional data flow supporting internal and external customers.- Successful Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementations and customization of eClinicalWorks and NextGen systems.- Gathering requirements, analyzing systems, data, and processes; documenting findings and recommended solutions.

As a Technical Analyst with the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE) project, my responsibilities included performing analysis:- KHIE Connectivity Guide – a guide distributed to providers to assist in connecting with the KHIE. This includes WS-Security, Web Services, CCD, HL7 messaging (QRY^T12 and DOC^T12), X.509 Certificates, etc.- CCD (Continuity of Care Document) – an XML document showing a patient’s care history, including medications, procedures, allergies, insurance coverage, etc. This document can be parsed and consumed by applications (EMR’s, etc.) and/or rendered in any internet browser by applying an XSL stylesheet.- Connectivity to the KHIE – using X.509 certificate, C#.NET application programming and HL7 messaging.- Lab: set up state lab resources with RELMA software to support mapping local test codes to LOINC codes for use with KHIE.
