Develop engaging, personalized messaging, with consistent communication to ensure the candidate's continual engagement in the process. Conduct thorough talent screening and evaluations and provide comprehensive candidate profile presentations for our clients.

Owner of executive search research consulting group. I developed competitive intelligence, as well as candidate identification and evaluations for small and major search firms as well as Fortune 100 companies throughout the US. Some unique assignments include developing a complete org chart of one of the US largest companies as well as several C-Suite searches for mid-sized local firms. I have the dual ability (or curse?) to run the research function as well as the candidate outreach and evaluation. I closed the door on my business to work full time for my favorite client!
