Hello,I am a psychology graduate student currently pursuing a master in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. I have worked with the HR learning and development team at Larsen & Toubro (L&T).Subsequently, exploring the corporate world. And trying to understand how a psychologist can contribute to various HR domains.I have completed a Life Coaching Basic course from the eLearning website and a Counseling Certificate course from SNDT Women's University through distance learning education. I formerly worked with MASHAL NGO in Pune, which undertakes wide-ranging events and organizes surveys to better understand and improve the socio-economic health of the underprivileged.Also, did I say I am a national football player? Back there, scoring a goal was the greatest feeling in the world. I feel the same when I understand the human mind and the reasons behind different behaviors. It's better when I can help them. Eager to learn about things that take place in the real world with good observation and communication skills. I am looking for practical insight into psychological expertise. Willingness to develop knowledge about my field and contribute to society. Also, I can take and work on feedback with a strong work ethic.
