I am Riddhima, a co-founder of Fertile Beeghas, a social enterprise that transforms organic waste into vermicompost. In the past two years, we have collaborated with over 150 farmers nationwide, producing more than 2 million kgs of nutrient-rich soil enhancer. I also led the digital marketing team, creating engaging content for public outreach and awareness. As an English major and a classical dancer, I have a passion for communication and creativity. I have applied these skills in various roles, such as a content curator for Ashoka University, where I interviewed professors and guest speakers, and a published author of a short story. I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, and learning from them. I aspire to contribute to social and environmental causes through innovative, analytical, and empathetic problem-solving.
