I rebuilt AP Exhaust's EDI solution from legacy scripts to a fully functional EDI software solution from the ground up while keeping current customer's connectivity up for over 45 trading partners. As one of their Database Administrators also, I rebuilt older Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 servers with the Microsoft SQL Server 2014. Setup and verify maintenance plans, backup schedules, monitors and notifications on multiple MS SQL servers across multiple VPN's.I use Crystal Report Writer and Microsoft SSRS to build reports for monitoring EDI transactions and SQL transactions, inventory levels and current open orders. I built a framework in Microsoft Onenote for all team members to document all processes and procedures so other team members can quickly find solutions to troubleshoot problems.

As an EDI Specialist, I create a seamless workflow between our Trading Partners and Keller Logistics. Integrating the data that moves throughout a broad range of back-office applications and transmitting the data back to our end clients. I've setup, maintained and monitored our database server that is running Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 with 50+ databases. Verify backups, monitor SQL Jobs, document stored procedures and created a strategic Disaster Recovery plan. I help train the help desk personnel, provide assistance as the highest tier support and assign tasks to employees. Troubleshooting issues, software implementations and upgrades, and assisting in all areas that were needed.
