Project:Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IITGN) Student Housing- 36000Sq. Mts • Involved in conceptualizing of 6 student hostel blocks and one dining block for 1200 students, each with unique shape and identity, using various medias to represent to client.• Detailed out all the blocks to the finest working detail while incorporating all the consultants’ i.e structure, MEP, Kitchen consultants, passive down draught evaporative cooling consultants etc.• Design the landscape areas of approximately 22000 Sq. Mts of streets, secondary streets, courtyards, plazas, cafeterias, common areas, entrance gate etc. and prepared a working drawings of all the details. Project: Township at Ahmedabad, Single family housing, (approx. 400 Units), 230000 Sq. mts.• According to township development legislation, developed 3 types of Unit, which best suited for various income groups. Prepared various options for client/builder to make optimized use of space, with amalgamation of aesthetic appearance and public open spaces. • Generate material finish palate, fixture palate and lighting palate options for client/builder based on the latest market trend vs. cost implication, got it approved and actively involved in installing at sample unit for client and our team review.• Detailed out the public open spaces i.e lake, play grounds, street development; private garden, public garden, old people sit outs, bus drop off points, and entrance gates. Project: Sabarmati River Front Development (SRFD) – Laundry Campus- 8000 Sq. mts• Understand client’s requirements in detail and design a typical unit for Dhobis, which has flexibility to accommodate mechanical washing methods & conventional washing methods.• 168 nos. of units accommodate in 7 typical clusters with support facilities like utility block, children play area, parking, security cabin etc. Total 9000 sq m. of area was developed as a campus.

• Prepared construction drawings and working details of single family to multifamily houses ranges 2500 – 6000 sq ft. • Went for site visits (survey) to document existing site conditions and incorporated those surveys for the renovation projects of house and commercial buildings. • Prepared 3-dimension models of exterior and interior views illustrating various space qualities and lighting effects.• Prepared construction drawings of 15000 sq ft of fitness center, which includes toilet details, partition type details, plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, power plans, and electrical layouts. • Involved in exercises like area calculations for commercial offices, office interiors and houses that includes pervious and impervious lot coverage, leasable areas, initial programmatic studies, space study diagrams etc. • Assisted construction documents of fire door, ADA accessibility, and emergency egress and performed the code research for the same issues.

Planning Development Experience:• Coordinated with project team to complete design of a 250 acre land development project. Included land value analysis, accessibility studies, topographical analysis, and strategic phasing of construction.• Assisted in production of drawings and exhibits incorporating 3-dimensional views for presentation to client.Residential Design Experience:• Developed design of multi-story residence incorporating various aspects of modern architecture.• Prepared model analysis for client to visually illustrate tradeoff between aesthetic appearance and optimal space utilization• Evaluated use of green initiatives including solar energy and rain water harvesting.
