As an MSc Business Psychology student at the Alliance Manchester Business School, I am passionate about applying psychological principles and insights to enhance wellbeing and performance in organisations. I have a strong academic background in psychology, with a BA Psychology Honours and an Advanced Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Panjab University, Chandigarh. I also have relevant and diverse experience in the field of mental health and yoga. I am a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor by the Yoga Alliance International, and I run breathwork and meditation sessions for the Yoga Society at the University of Manchester Students' Union. I have also worked as a Mental Health Advocate and Intern at Fortis Healthcare and as an Organisational Psychology Intern at Counsel India, where I developed skills in social media, graphic design, leadership, work-life balance, and risk management. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with professionals who share my vision of creating sustainable and healthy work environments. I am actively looking for opportunities to work on employee/student wellbeing projects and interventions, policy making, training, development and all that falls under the responsibilities of an HR/Organisational Psychologist. I am looking to be employed in HR roles that can help me put my vision of wellbeing for all to life.
