Responsible to lead and develop Reduce Risk Product (RRP) and Reverse Logistics mid term strategy to meet the best quality services in the most effective and efficient ways align with global strategies, policies and procedures

Responsible to lead customer service team for export products, including new product launch/revamp, resourcing planning, material specifications change, order management & outbound logistics from customer demand to final product delivery as well as ensure timely and accurate replenishment at best service level and most economic manner, meeting customers' requirement. Striving for Customer Service excellence and manage & control the communication channels between the supply chain groups and the internal & external partners.

Responsible to transform business data into business information and to provide support to all supply chain functions as well as to other functions in operation division by analyzing and tracking its performance in achieving the target, Support Asia South Cluster on ensuring supply chain operational effectiveness on supply chain improvement initiatives and supply chain system as well as with other business strategies.

• Lead a team to execute all the analysis and reporting activities to provide the procurement organization with all the relevant information to define and build potential sourcing scenarios and the identification of business initiatives to achieve overall company and Procurement objectives• Perform the sourcing activities for assigned local categories, whether products and/or services, to achieve lowest purchasing costs (Total Cost of Ownership - TCO) for the local market while ensuring company quality standards are met.• Contribute to the local, regional and global functional strategies; clarify internal requirements and products/ services specifications; conduct market intelligence to identify relevant trends and suppliers; conduct RFIs, RFPs and RFQs processes as well as negotiations with suppliers; conduct performance assessment, data collection and analysis, scenarios modeling and generation of reports.

• Define, formulate and implement coherent sourcing strategies at affiliate level, based on business requirements and supply market trends in order to drive productivity and secure best total procurement cost (TCO).• Lead negotiations with major suppliers locally and/or regionally to ensure key cost savings targets and quality standards of products/services are met.• Establish price forecasts for OB and RF budget cycles to enable procurement and finance to perform Standard Variable Costs calculations & consolidated report.Identify and propose synergy opportunities on an affiliate/regional/global level.• Lead the implementation of local/regional/cluster/global sourcing initiatives in coordination with the regional/ cluster/global category managers to contribute to the overall cost savings targets and supplier base optimization defined at corporate level.• Leverage supplier performance evaluation to segment the supply base and (re) define the whole Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategy.

• Provide support to all supply chain functions as well as to other functions in operation division by analyzing and tracking its performance in achieving the target, improve and optimize current business process flow to cope with the dynamic and demanding business requirements.• Manage Supply Chain Application to ensure all applications run according to requirement and to work together with IS Department in any application enhancement or maintenance. • Provide support other supply chain function with business data coming from supply chain application.

• Major Role is to support Operations Division to achieve their strategies and meet their business objectives by providing the implementation of cost effective global applications and mainstream tools where appropriate and also provide local system support to ensure day to day business continuity of Operations• Responsible for Data Warehouse and Business Objects Reporting and Working hand-in-hand with vendor to solve any kind of problems• Responsible for supporting Global Applications in Product Development and Quality Assurance purposed.

• Major Role is to develop Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence for supporting decision making for Top Management (BOD).• Responsible for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Project’s Live Cycle and supervised IT Teams and Vendor consist of 1 Project Leader and 4 Developers. The total budget required for this project is US $ 546,912.• Design Management Reporting on Business Intelligence’s Tool (Proclarity Desktop Analytical).

Responsible for develop Business Requirements from users and deliver to IT Department for support operational improvement.• Responsible for OPPA Project (Online Policy Processing Application Project). Design and Develop Web Application for PT. Asuransi Astra Buana’s Big Customer.• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey for Commercial Business Customers, cooperate with MarkPlus Insight as The Consulting.• Lead Telemarketing Business Project on Commercial Business segment. Achieve more than 100 million IDR in premium policyacquisition.

• Major Role is to manage and maintain company’s knowledge.• Create a new method for training implementation, using e-learning methodology. (The 2nd winner for AAB Improvement Convention III on December 16th, 2005).

• Major Role is to manage and maintain branch quality, and support more than 20 branch all over Indonesia.• Design and Develop an application system for PT. Asuransi Astra Buana’s Customer Facility (Garda Arena).• Design and Develop an application system for insurance surveyor, used to find the standart spesification for 4wh aquisition & claim process. (The 2nd winner for AAB Improvement Convention II on December 18th, 2004).
