Deputy Director, Communication Systems Directorate, J6. Performs supervisory and managerial authorities over the Directorate. Responsible for all Joint Task force-Civil Support (JTF-CS) communications and information system matters for a standing Joint Task Force. - Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Communication Systems Directorate.- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. - Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. - Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher- level management or headquarters.- Plan, direct, and executes solutions for a wide range of IT and telecommunication issues. - Oversees the planning and coordination of all phases of the acquisition, implementation and integration of IT assets.- Represents the Communication Systems Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.Perform CBRN Response Operations. Participates in CBRN Response Enterprise operations.

Joint Task Force Civil Support anticipates, plans, and integrates USNORTHCOM chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear response operations. JTF-CS commands and controls designated DOD forces to assist local, state, federal and tribal partners in saving lives, preventing further injury, and providing critical support to enable community recovery.

- Managed $60M IT enterprise network and 606 communications circuits supporting over 200,000 troops in the US Central Command Area of Operations (AOR). - Planned and coordinated the largest “Tech Refresh” replacement of enterprise systems in the AOR. - Led 16-person team supporting 11K network users critical to C2 supporting combat operations for the Air Force’s largest expeditionary wing. - Directed 6.1K communications outage jobs with 90% closed in less than 15 minutes, providing a 99.9% up-time for expeditionary forces in 12 countries. - Coordinated airborne communications support for the Vice President of the United States, Secretary of Defense and US Central Command Commander.- Utilized Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) extensively in daily operations.
