Management of the Staff Appraiser and QC Review Appraiser Team for the Midwest District and assume District Manager responsibilities when required.Hire, develop and train staff to ensure proficiency and knowledge in regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.Perform audits on staff and fee vendors to assure that reports meet quality assurance requirements.Recruit fee vendors to develop and expand Approved Appraiser List.Mentor and train sales managers and loan consultants on appraisal policies and procedures, including attending local and regional sales meetings to ensure that adequate communication is maintained in order to retain strong business relationships that were developed.Monitor and maintain pipeline to ensure quality and timely reports are provided that meet FNMA, FHA guidelines and USPAP requirements.Conduct weekly staff conference calls and quarterly meetings.Assist Legal Counsel – dispute mediation and resolution.
