Logistics•Follow up the supply plan with the planner and ensure that orders are on time•Record all the necessary data for the orders starting from the submission of the import license till clearing the goods and Follow up with our forwarders to meet the target date •Regularly meet with MOA to know new policies and enhance communication •Weekly Toller meetings on range management and forward planning of capacity. •Start the clearing process in order to get the required order to be cleared from customs with min cost. •complaint handling to Basel in case of any issues in received products..•Coordinates the return of product and/or bulk containers at season-end in accordance with Supply and Marketing program requirements•Arrange for the delivery of orders to our warehouse [or customer warehouse] and / or follow up with forwarder (Sales Team) till the ordered Qty is delivered.

Customer Services:•Assure customer orders can be satisfied from local stocks by deploying stocks based on sales forecasts and other market conditions•Receive and process customer orders, ensuring all orders are entered into system upon receipt and followed through to completion.•Issues invoices, credits, or debits that are consistent with prices, terms, and policies, as dictated by marketing programs and company policies. Follow up with finance for the ending balance with our supplier (Reconciliation report)Maintain integrity of the Scala data related to pricing and custom.•Monitors product inventory levels and interfaces with Marketing/Sales to facilitate effective product placement..•Ensure that the necessary Supply Chain reports(order list) are updated and published on time•Apply international communication guidelines in line with Syngenta publicity manual•Ongoing tracking and management of Distribution Key Performance Indicators. •Identify potential areas for improvement in CS & Logistics function and implement actions to achieve this improvement.
