Cisco World Wide Customer Operations (Order Management, Configuration, Validations and Ordering Booking). Analyze, develop and execute the Europe region’s UCS inventory and product life cycles, Orders and improvements. Help Cisco internal employs to book the high value order that starts from 4.000 to 3.000.000 USD on daily bases. Collect and analysie the delayed orders that include technical and price issues with the Cisco mangments(FC, FCSRM, AM). Discussing the new process with Cisco managers(TL, AM) and Xceed competitors to improve the business performance. Exceeded management daily and monthly targets. Configuration: Contacting customers (Outbound Calls, Emails) and help them to get the correct equipments with correct configuration in short time. UCS weekly team meeting to improve the process for cairo UCS Team.
