I was responsible for the implementation of the new invoicing system in Finland and was the main user of the system, assisting in various customer projects and sales support in general.

Working as an office assistant at AS3 Finland through Eilakaisla. My job description included office administration, customer service as well as invoicing and sales support tasks.At the end of my fixed- time position, I was delighted to be offered a permanent position on AS3's own payroll.

My tasks involved different assignments within the government subsidies and quality assurance of vocational education and training.This internship was part of my university studies. Despite its short duration, this was an important period for me: I met wonderful people, got to know the government and was able to participate in the organisation of a two-day seminar.

Customer service, cash working, product pricing, Veikkaus services. I worked in a store part-time along with my university studies first in Rovaniemi and later in Helsinki.When I moved to Helsinki, I worked for a while for a staff leasing company that placed employees in Kesko's grocery stores. My favorite store wanted me to join their payroll in my last store position.

I independently managed the store during my shifts, handling a wide range of different services. I started part-time along with my high school studies and continued for a while during my university studies.
