Development works: •Assisting construction head and project manager in management of projects like Adithi Bhavanam (a 1,00,000 sq. ft., G+4, ladies’ hostel), LAB -1 (a 40000 sq. ft., G+4, laboratory. Also assisted in technical co-ordination of projects between the site engineers and structural consultants.•Preparation of project schedule using MS Project and generation of BOQ and BBS for the respective projects. Also, assisted the planning department in drafting several in house projects and in preparation of shop drawings.•Implemented quality management techniques like checklist, pour cards, non-conformity reports, daily progress report etc. Also, ensured the quality standards by proper testing of materials used in site, cubes casted etc.•Guidance in developing a rain water harvesting tank of 50 lakh litre capacity with an improvised settlement tank system to ensure zero wastage of the water collected from an area of 24500 sq. m.•Developing checklists as per IGBC/GRIHA standards thus bringing up a sustainable project.Repair and Retrofitting:•Building Condition Assessment of several hostels and academic blocks, which are more than 10-year-old, and generation of a detailed report for the necessary retrofitting works.•Retrofitting works which includes challenges like settlement of foundation due to water percolation, damages to beam and wall due to excessive loads, settlement due to presence of expansive soil, damages due to corrosion, water percolation and poor workmanship. •Guiding the maintenance team in developing a progress tracking system, helping the team head in understanding the status of each complaints raised.

Ananta Living (A retirement home project in Palakkad Kerala, spanning in 13 acres of land including multiple projects like apartments, luxury villas, club house, pharmacy, ponds etc.) •Coordinating works along with the respective site engineers managing the different works included in the project and also ensuring the technical quality of the works.•Assisting project managers with developing scope, schedule and budget of the project•Resource management including materials, construction equipment’s, batching plant manufacturing yard and also efficiency of the labours involved.•Combined usage of detailed project estimates along with the project schedule for efficient cost management.•Implemented an online drawing repository keeping a record of project drawings thus giving easy access to engineers and stakeholders involved, at any location.•Training of newly recruited supervisors and engineers in their respective roles identifying their specific skills and talents.

Builtech Sanctum (A 210 million INR residential apartment high rise (B+G+13) project, in Palakkad, Kerala, with crucial elements like pile foundation, underground basement, rooftop landscaping, infinity swimming pool etc.)•Site supervision and execution of works as per drawings and designs•Organising materials, labour and ensuring the safety of the worksite.•Preparation of BBS and BOQ using Estimax Pro and MS Excel.•Instituted a baseline schedule of the project using Primavera which aided in the timely completion of the project.Additional Projects•Assisted in the combined pile and raft foundation work at Raja’s Mall (A multiplex theatre complex project in Kerala, including prestressed concrete elements) including piling, excavation, reinforcement and mass concrete. The element was critical as the site was previously a water-logged area.•Assisted in piling works of Builtech Aura (A proposed G+10 residential apartment project in Kerala) with more than 180 piles using auger boring and DMC piling techniques)•Assisted foundation and basement work at E-Lights (a three-storey commercial shopping complex in Kerala). The element was critical as the site was in a water-logged area and also had nearby structures.
