Senior Technical Recruiter
Current- Responsible for working on full life cycle of recruitment by discussing the most critical projects/positions with team and management.
- Scheduled meetings with managers and hiring managers from client company to understand the requirements better.
- Searching strategies with Boolean search, dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals and ATS.
- Creating, maintain, editing, updating job descriptions and circulating them to everyone including team and consultants.
- Responsible to look into tier 3 vendor’s partnership contract and renew the potential contracts.
- Hunt for excellent consultants according to the requirement of JD and client throughout the open job market and the required locations by LinkedIn recruiter, Dice, Monster Bullhorn (ATS) using string and key skills.
