~ Responsible for administrative and coordinative activities within the process related to expats moving to Denmark on local contracts and commuters working in Denmark.~ Advising and supporting employees and managers whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and internal HR policies.~Cooperating with external partners and authorities e.g. with regards to relocation, pension, health insurance as well as tax matters.~ Handling a wide variety of administrative tasks e.g. preparing contracts and amendments, applying for residence and work permits and special tax schemes and updating data in SAP HR.~ Updating mobility policies and mobility sites on the intranet. ~ Conducting welcome meetings/ introduction courses and organizing events for international employees. ~ For a period of 4 months, I was focusing on administration processes related to Danish employees: hirings, promotions, resignations, salary adjustments, bonus payments and organizational changes. Furthermore, I continued to support managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes and IT systems. ~ I have been involved in large and small projects with the purpose of optimizing HR processes, policies and systems.

~ Administrator of the recruitment system EasyCruit and responsible for the end user support.~ Responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks related to recruitment e.g. following up on expired job ads, handling unsolicited applications and updating recruitment policy/ information on the intranet.~ Working with recruitment process, system and tool improvements e.g. I successfully developed and implemented an interview guide to support managers in recruiting blue-collar workers. ~ Supporting managers through the recruitment process: Identifying the profile, preparing job ads and selecting media channels, conducting interviews with Danish and International candidates using test tools from SHL~ Collaborating with external suppliers.

~ Administrator of the recruitment system Webcruiter. Responsible for updating and maintaining the system.~ Super user in the assessment tool Xpert Online. Advising colleagues on test administration. Participating in a project working on developing and implementing an internal test policy and procedure.~ Handling various administrative HR tasks such as updating employee data, managing employee absence, reporting salary data to the payroll office, managing employee benefits, handling unsolicited applications, planning and coordinating employee events.~ Advising employees and customers on legal issues.~ Recruiting employees to temporary and permanent positions within many different industries. Handling the recruitment process from A-Z: Identifying the profile in collaboration with the customer, writing and posting job ad, screening and conducting interviews using test tools, checking references, preparing candidate presentations, negotiating salary package and preparing the contract (if employed through Adecco).

Supporting them in how to prepare for work in Denmark e.g. CPR number, Danish bank account and converting blue-collar certificates.

~ Supporting guests, handling administrative tasks and training new employees.~ HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Representative. In collaboration with the management group I was involved in developing employee policies, identifying HSE targets and conducting and following up on workplace assessments.

During these years I worked abroad based in Spain, Greece, Thailand, Turkey (as Team Leader) and Morocco.~ In Turkey I led a team of three employees in a large resort. My main tasks were supporting Nordic guests, coordinating staff and daily activities, following up on business agreements and handling administrative tasks. In addition to helping guests, I was carrying out excursions, conducting information meetings and handling flight delays in the other counties.
