Responsible for implementing sophisticated logistics systems for some of the world's largest energy companies. I manage the entire project lifecycle with a focus on risk management, scope, budget, and timeline, in line with customer requirements and business objectives. I work cross-functionally across teams and departments, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful project execution. I develop and implement new processes, documentation, and strategies, and regularly present to top management. I ensure continuous follow-up on development processes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality and progress, while also addressing complex operational needs and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Working with quality and improvement processes (main focus area is improving green last mile deliveries), procurement and supplier follow-up.

Responsible for import of goods from UK and Denmark. Main responsibility of registration and custom clearance of goods, coordinating transports, day-to-day contact with customers, invoicing and other administrative work.

Managing crew changes along the Norwegian coast. Main responsibility was daily contact with clients via mail and telephone, coordination of accommodation and transportation for crew, document control and issuing of necessary documentation in accordance with legislation for border control, prepare statistics, billing and other similar office work. A detail-oriented work characterized by unpredictability in a hectic working environment.

Focus on organizing all practical in connection with cruise calls in Norway. Daily contact with customers by mail and phone, responsible for obtaining quotes, waste management, coordinating supplies and other inquiries.

Work tasks include of assisting with personal care and nursing, meal preparation and administration of medications.
