As a clinical training specialist at TIDI products, I am a expert in Posey products. I go into hospital and clinic settings, and provide in-services and go-live education to clinicians on various fall prevention devices, sensors and restraints. I independently plan, prioritize and attain customer satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining travel budget and expense reports. I travel 100% of the time to different locations and adapt to diverse environments and workflows.I have also been a registered nurse for over 6 years in multiple neonatal intensive care units, where I have expanded my nursing skills and knowledge, and established myself as a competent leader, resource, and peer for high acuity patients. I have been actively involved in advanced teams such as the whole body cooling team and the micro-preemie team, and have participated in unit committees and projects. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Arkansas, and I am motivated to learn, grow and excel in device sales, education and implementation.
