In my two positions I am responsible for various things. As RM, I do all of the various types of inspections, manage the clubhouse schedule, do grounds pick up and regularly collect signatures for required paperwork. In my maintenance role, I submit work orders, process invoices, and so much more.

As a Concierge here at the SugarCube, I am essentially a personal assistant to all the residents in the building. We take their laundry to a wash and fold service and deliver it to their unit when it has been finished. We will place dry cleaning and packages inside their unit as well. Sometimes the residents will send us out with a grocery list of items, or sometimes they will send us to a restaurant to pick up a to go order for them. We even do errands as big as renewing registrations at the DMV, renewing passports at the post office, or even waiting with their vehicle as it gets its oil changed.

I often opened the restaurant and got the server line ready for the day. Primarily I would serve tables, taking orders, bring drinks, processing payment, etc.. I worked at the Old Spaghetti Factory for two and half years, starting as a host, and working my way up to lead host, then server. I also assisted on their Secretarial and Marketing staff. Meaning that I would input numbers from the previous day into a database and submit a daily report to Corporate Accounting, as well as work on ways of getting more business through the door. We established a Reading Club that allowed children to get a free meal after reading a certain number of books. This helped to get families in the door, as well as larger groups for field trips. We made sure to give out information about catering to nearly all the surrounding businesses, as well as give our to go menus to any apartments in the area that gave out a move in packet of information to new residents.
