I am currently a physiology PhD candidate at University of Kansas Medical Center, where I investigate potential mechanisms contributing to adenomyosis pathophysiology. I have contributed to the field of women's reproductive health through the publication of scientific papers and presentations at regional, national, and international conferences. Throughout my academic career, I have obtained critical knowledge and skillset in project management, experimental design, data analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration to enable effective communication of complex scientific concepts to groups with various scientific backgrounds. I have had the opportunity to attend regional, national, and international conferences where I have presented my research. With these presentation opportunities I have established lasting collaborations while strengthening my skills in communication, scientific exchange, and stakeholder engagement.I am eager to transition into roles that allow me to apply my skillset in an effective manner to broaden my expertise. I am drawn to opportunities with ties back to clinical research like clinical research coordinator, medical science liaison, and medical writing.
