Hello, my name is Riley Shaw, and I graduated in May of 2023 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity and a minor in History. In my time as a student at NNU, I worked in several leadership positions across campus. Working as an RA twice, the Director of Intramurals for Student Government, and as a Lead Technical Assistant in the IT department. I grew a lot through my various leadership experiences and gained useful skills that have already proven important in working roles. Besides work, I was involved in many extracurricular activities, requiring me to hone my time management skills and balance my workload well. I feel that my time at NNU has formed me to be a competent member of the computer science world. I am excited to explore many different avenues of computer science and hopefully move my way into leadership roles in the workplace.
