At the end of my studies in the Office Administration program, I completed my placement hours in the Registrar's office at Sault College. At this job I completed various reception duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with student inquiries. I also composed Proof of Enrolment letters, helped with Admission letter distribution and assisted my fellow colleagues throughout the office with different administrative procedures. I also worked on a research project for the International Admissions department and did bulk file transfers from physical to electronic copies.

I was a summer student for the City of Sault Ste. Marie during 2016 and 2017. I worked at Straithclair Fields as a labourer, and some of my tasks included: field maintenance, aiding the public, litter clean-up, general housekeeping and painting lines.

During my time as a Front Desk Assistant for the Humber College North Residence building, I worked both part-time and full-time in this position. Some of my duties include signing in guests, logging mail, composing professional emails, practicing security measures, filing, and answering phones.
