Organized and experienced editor, writer, and manager with a passion for sports—particularly the NFL. I learn quickly, work well under pressure, and am always looking for the next big idea.I have worked at The Ringer as an editor, writer, and occasional podcast host since early 2016. I mostly cover the NFL, while also contributing as a 'Game of Thrones' expert and 'Survivor' superfan. I'm also a tortured Sacramento Kings fan. No, I won't bore you by talking about my fantasy football team. I primarily work on longer projects, columns, and blog posts. I've had a hand in planning the Ringer's large special builds, long-term preview content, instant-reaction coverage, theme weeks, and much more. If I'm not working, I'm probably cooking or on a bicycle. Reach out: rileymcatee@gmail.com.
