After successfully engaging with residents in the the community, I was promoted to this position where I connected various departments to residence life through communication and collaboration. I managed social media accounts and developed programs and activities for the Residence Life Staff. Facilitated weekly support meetings for 16 Resident Advisers providing them with policy clarification, program ideas, and development of goals and priorities.
