• Prepares reports and contractual correspondence for project management and client• Maintain accurate tracking record tailored to each subcontract• Prepare and Process journal entries and perform monthly close tasks• Maintain and update subcontractors' files to include record of pay

• Maintain communication throughout process with borrower and all parties involved• Analyze borrower’s financial status, including financial statements, tax returns, and credit• Structure and complete loan files with accuracy • Consult with borrowers to fill out extensive applications

• Manage, coordinate and book appointments for borrowers with multiple loan officers • Consult with borrowers to fill out extensive applications • Gather qualified borrowers through organizing and evaluating potential leads • Present and review credit scores with borrowers while instructing ways to improve scores
