- Leading Meta's early-in-career hiring & programs across all of APAC (India, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam)- Stakeholder management, workforce assessment and headcount planning with business orgs- Managing end-to-end process for both tech & non-tech roles across global locations.- Planning and execution of intense, high volume university interviewing & Meta's participation in university placements for tech and business roles. Leading university relations across all key APAC tech and B-schools and universities.- Building out go-to-market sourcing strategy for new markets like Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan, GCR for both language & language-agnostic roles.- Scaling Meta's hiring, branding & diversity strategy across the region.

- One of the former members of the Meta/Facebook recruiting team in India- Establishing India recruiting processes, tools and process efficiencies ground up- Setting up Meta's employer footprint in India, scaling India sales & business teams through university & lateral hiring- Building Meta's employer brand in the region through business and tech events, university partnerships and industry engagements.- Managing full-cycle hiring.
