Talent Partner & Program Manager, Emerging Talent
- End-to-end recruiting and program management. Stakeholder/client management for smooth execution of all programs - leading all of Meta's university programs across APAC including the flagship intern program. - Building out complete program framework, structure, roles & responsibilities, budgeting, marketing & hiring strategy for all APAC based student programs- Working closely with the client/business teams & taking a consultative approach on headcount planning and programs adoption- Collaborating with the global programs teams to ensure a globally consistent yet regionally nuanced hiring strategies and programs- Responsible for overall APAC branding strategy, hiring, resources and events. Increasing our diversity hiring footprint in APAC - Collaborating with hiring managers and clients on hiring strategy, interviewing needs, closing strategies & workforce planning
