Reliability Maintenance Engineer (Team Lead)
Current• Leads and sets expectations for safe work practices.• Provides guidance to level I and II technicians at the site. Acts as a mentor for level I and II technicians and provides training as required. Sharing tip and experience with team.• Maintains and troubleshoots electrical, mechanical systems and Robotics System.• Provides advanced troubleshooting support including diagnosing and repairing complex problems within the fleet.• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt, motor, photo-eye, relays, solenoids, proximity sensors and more• Utilizes knowledge of the Ethernet communication modules.• Assists with basic electronics/Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) troubleshooting• Assists Maintenance Technicians in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment.• Completes preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures.• Conduct maintenance and basic troubleshooting of robotic drive (H - drive, P-Large drive) and robotic work cells (ROBIN arm, RWC4)• Enters downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets.• Tracks and stores the department's inventory, including spare parts.• Taking pre-shift talk meeting with techs, doing safety stand down once a week.• Leading a team in major breakdown.• Leading team in a absence of Manager, doing effective communication with operation for smooth process flow.• Supporting in newly launch sites to get smooth launch and giving training to local RME team.• Support in the Installation and Operation Qualification (IOQ) process• Providing end shift report to managers.• Sharing scope of improvement when required.• Help team to track and maintain completion report of PM, PDM work orders, and help team to maintain availability matrix.
