About Rinyu Tanitsu
Rinyu Tanitsu is an Educational Science student (class of 2027) at the University of California, Berkeley, originally from Japan. After graduating from Todaiji Gakuen Junior and Senior High School, he entered the University of Tokyo in the spring of 2023 (currently on a leave of absence), and entered Cal in the fall of the same year.He started a reading education NPO in high school, where he was involved in media management and academic research, which led him to major in educational science, and he is currently searching for an educational system that allows everyone to live their own lives. Currently, as well as serving as the executive officer and career chair of the Cal Japan Club, a Japanese association on campus, he co-founded the general incorporated association 52Hz as a board member and leads the development and implementation of educational programs.
