• Perform tillage and maintenance of tea plants by fertilizing. Application of fertilizer to the soil is done by sowing between the stems of tea plants. The application of foliar fertilizer to the plant by using a Mist Blower machine that converts the fertilizer liquid into mist form.• Conducting tea plant management such as pruning which aims to rejuvenate tea plants, then picking shoots using double and single picking machines and picking manually using picking scissors, then bokor activities, namely cleaning the stems of tea plants from sticking moss.• Processing/making of dry tea ready for distribution at PTPN VII industrial factory. The processing of fresh tea plants from the garden begins with the process of withering, then grinding, wet sorting, enzymatic oxidation, drying, dry sorting, tea tasting, packaging, and the final stage of marketing.
