Fiesta Charra and El Cazador are two family owned businesses established in 2004 and 2007, respectively. Since their openings, I took on all roles from waiting on customers to business administrative work and social media manager. Responsible for expense reports, bank account monitoring and balancing, integrated strategy to reduce costs and improve profit, marketing, review and sign biweekly payroll checks, and assure employee files are up to date.
