As a Creative Associate, I solve complex challenges using visual communication and strategy. I use my creative talents to establish Integral's visual identity, social media, newsletter, and online presence. I also am the lead designer producing design for Integral clients, not limited to; campaign development, editorial layout, logo design, and mock-up design.

I continued the re-brand for Integral and brand assets such as a Powerpoint template, documents, visual identity, brand voice, and social media. As the Junior Designer, I also designed Integral's monthly newsletter and assisted in writing/researching the content. I dabbled in Integral's social media platform, writing social content on their LinkedIn page, and overseeing engagement. The production design was apart of my day-to-day schedule. Specifically, I designed digital and print assets for both Integral and Integral's clients, not limited to marketing campaigns, logo design, motion graphics, and editorial design.

I designed social media assets for Instagram stories and advertisement. I edited stock photography. I created both motion and gifs for both Facebook and Instagram. Researched new design trends and successfully applied the results to my designs. I copywrote and designed social media campaigns. I also designed part of the website.

I helped design creative assets for several races, created digital advertisements, and distributed creative briefs. I developed patterns for merchandise including; t-shirts, ribbons, and bibs for children's races.

As Junior designer, I faced challenges that required creative brainstorming, execution and an analytical mind. I was required to work a wide range of projects including branding, advertisement, motion graphics, and logo design for brands such as The Smithsonian, Bideawee, Lencore, and The Philips Club.

I provided customer service with greetings upon arrival and insight to customers with questions about inventory. I also worked as a head cashier and stocked inventory, keeping track of all listed supplies. I was in charge of Merchandising and arranging set-ups for new products.

As a Junior Counselor, I took charge of educating and encouraging young children and teenagers to express themselves through design and fine arts. I directed children to indulge in different forms of creativity and helped nurtured their creativity.
