Additionally, I also work with Digital & Technology strategy team and business stakeholders to execute a well-defined digital strategy.Work Description:• Leading the identification and evaluation of new solutions in commercial real estate tech space in APAC region.• Working with key stakeholders from multiple lines of business to understand needs and pain points• Assisting in due diligence activities to assess opportunities and support commercial, operational and financial due diligence activities.• Actively engaged in screening new opportunities to determine technical merits, soundness of the business plan, and coherence to the technology scouting and venture strategies.• Actively engaged in scouting new opportunities by networking with startups and VC communities (in APAC and in US); represented CBRE’s venture team to various events.• Working with CBRE’s lines of business to develop business case decks with details on investment opportunities for reviews by executive committee.• Engaged in developing information packages needed to secure approvals from CBRE stakeholders on partnerships.• Maintaining pipeline database for knowledge management.

• Participate in all aspects of investment transaction including: sourcing, analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation.• Formulate and present investment cases to investment committee.• Assisting start-ups in signing investment agreements.• Monitor financial/operational conditions and industry dynamics of assigned portfolio companies, and assist with quarterly reviews with management team.• Managed the acceleration program end-to-end, from initial market research and evaluation of seed-stage companies to events management and cultivation of an ecosystem of mentors and investors to support an heir cohort of entrepreneurs.
