As a Technical Recruiter, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical positions, such as software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals. I work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open roles and use various methods to identify and attract top talent.Key Responsibilities:1. Using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other tools to find and attract qualified technical candidates.2. Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates’ technical skills, culture fit, and career aspirations.3. Arranges and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.4. Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide insights into the job market.5.
