Bakul Fresh is India's First Vegetable Subscription Platform, aimed at providing providing vegetables at lower cost on subscriptions. We, team of 5-6 people, worked on a Pilot project for this start-up and my responsibilities includes: - organizing, supervising and conducting all sorts of ground activities for promotions (organized more than 30 events) - help setting up Kiosks for marketing in different RWA societies across whole Dwarka region - developed different sales strategies and introduced different concepts for meeting revenue and growth targets (Helped in acquiring 1st customer to first 100th customer and eventually to the 150th customer, working in teams) - wrote whole training module, provided training & took orientations of new interns - pitched the business idea to different departments and helped business in creating their pitchbook - involved in day-to-day activities of the business in all aspects under the direct guidance of the founders of the company

Kinari Bazar Films is a production house located in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. It is a film making wing of Kabuliwala - Storyteller and Theatre Company, owned and managed by Kamal Pruthi, who's one of the few renowned Indian artist who performs in German, Hindi and Urdu.I joined KBF as an Human Resource Intern and worked on several aspects of HR, which includes: - designing JD's to editing to posting them on different sites and portals - created job posts in video format using Canva and posted to various social media platforms (Views reach >30K) - translated JD's to different language to attract large section of job seekers - onboarded interns, gave them proper training and a office tour - wrote the whole set of Office Etiquettes and distributed within the whole office Apart from the field of HR, I also worked on different aspects of the company and helped the company in different ways, whether it would be a video editing or writing transcriptions or posting subtitles on YouTube videos or say, handing all social media profiles. I helped them, wherever I find it possible and due to this, I received LOR for same.

Jankalyan Multipurpose Education Society (JMES) is a non-profit organization, committed to bringing the best educational resources to underprivileged tribal community of Chandrapur District (Maharashtra), started in 2001, with the motive to educate every child and help the access to other necessary resources. I joined JMES as an Business Development Intern and my work was to develop strategies for fund raising and implement those strategies to the larger audience. Here, I get introduced to Project PRAYAAS, which is a step towards rural online education and help them raising > Rs 1000 through my developed strategy within a week.
