○ Pricing Service : Building a new pricing service that take care of all the subscriptions, quota allocation, invoice generation, payment handling and quota consumption by different features for an account.○ Created Schedulers for automatic renewal of subscriptions and features for User, When subscription ends but Contract still being active.○ Working with Kafka streams to handle the quota deduction of user in a windowed timeframe using Kafka Table aggregation function and then converting it to stream for communication with other service using Kafka producer and consumer. Here the load handling was for more than 2 million packets.

○ Building micro service for catalogue feature.○ Integrated Twitter bot which operates on http2 to handle tweets and direct messages from users mentioning the bot handler.○ Building catalogue bot functionality. This will allow a non-tech person to build their bot from scratch.○ Built user re-engagement functionality for user dropoffs using bull queue helping brands to engage 40000+ customers.○ Have developed certain functionalities like user profiles widgets and re-engagement center using REST APIs.○ Integrated Line app end to end in our system to add one more platform for our bot.○ Handled different Whatsapp provider integration for bot development.○ Developed API’s for creating sales bot structure in one hour which earlier used to take two or more days.○ Created an event tracking system to nudge the client if the user has triggered an expected intent or not.○ Built sales and support bot for different clients such as Altroz, Evolet, and Bajaj.

○ Made workflows of POCs for user onboarding through chatbot which helps to reduce onboarding time from 30mins to approximately 5-10 min.○ Created APIs to build Salesbot from excel sheets. This functionality is extensively used to create Salesbot for a new brand and has significantly reduced manual working hours. It handles a single product of a brand to multiple products for the same brand.○ Understanding of how the sales bot works and the logic behind it. Then debugging it for a few small errors.

○ Made audio to text conversion model which helped the chatbot to understand and reply fastly to the user and thus reduced customer support pressure by almost 50%. It used the pyAudioAnalysis library of python.
