Assist investment bankers of clients in the domain of corporate finance under Financial Institutions Groups (FIG) which includes:- Preparation of comprehensive pitch books including industry overview, company profiles, SPP charts and financial models.- Analysis of company financial performance using companycomparables, precedent transactions analysis, market performance ofpeers, benchmarking relative to peer focus group using excel models.- Analysis and preparation of financial models and templates along with the study of financial statements

I have contributed my ability to streamline business processes. Right from researching about what Agri-tech actually means to defining the latest trends and analysis in the sector both within and outside geographical boundaries. My journey in OBS started from working on the NDA which was successfully completed as per timelines. Then I worked on the presentation which includes what all agriculture sector can offer us and based on that made a strategy what all we can offer to companies interested into agri startups. I have also worked for the Agri platform and M&A trends in Asia related to the Agri start-ups. I have tried to bring my unique vision to the company and also learnt innovative ways to work on a project in a team.

My influencing skills were tested here & which helped my to bring the best out of me. The work required me to supply distance courses based on particular profile & requirements.

The profile demanded my marketing skills in order to promote the business on offline and online channels. My communication skills got refined here as I used to represent my company & give presentations at corporates. Lead conversion was the major task which I found very interesting.
