I strive to develop products that empower end-users to achieve their goals.At Xpressbees, I manage four core product lines: First Mile, RTO/DTO, Data Platform, and Artificial Intelligence.First Mile: My team enables field executives to pick up over a million B2C shipments daily from 50,000+ vendors nationwide and bring them to the origin hub for further processing.RTO/DTO: We streamline the processing of cancellations and returns, ensuring smooth and efficient handling back to vendors.Data Platform: To meet XB’s data needs, we built a robust data pipeline that powers data-driven decision-making across the organization and supplies essential data products to stakeholders.Artificial Intelligence: Our AI team tackles a variety of challenges, leveraging AI and ML. Our recent projects are - Automating customer support responses, extracting information from physical invoices, and streamlining booking processes.Previous ExperienceBefore Xpressbees, I co-founded Effiya, an AI/ML-based technology startup, where I built and led a team to develop products in transaction monitoring, call center analytics, customer survey analytics, and predictive analytics.Earlier, as a Techno-Functional Consultant, I implemented analytics programs for clients in banking, telecommunications, and retail, with a focus on customer management, risk management, and data management.
