As a Marketing and Sales Automation Specialist, I am responsible for implementing and managing efficient processes to drive growth and success. My role involves handling sales workflow, training and QA of sales processes, and I am constantly working to improve and optimize these processes. Additionally, I have a strong focus on cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards our common goals. The main work areas include --Managing Leadsquared CRM for all company wide marketing automations such as email and text campaigns, Sales lead flow, Lead assignment and CRM journey, system integrations from CRM to DB.-Managing all automation tools such as Intercom, LSQ, Calendly, Zendesk among others to set up and maintain self sustaining process across sales and support front.-Using AI (GPT 3.5) to create summarised report from transcripts of all call interactions to identify customer pain points and lead quality. Tool used - CallTrackingmetrics CTM + AskAI.-Planning, designing and setting up of new cancellation process from scratch by bringing multiple teams on board to work simultaneously and implement all the tech, ops, support and sales changes do launch the retention flow.-Managing support communication automations through tools like Acquity, Chargebee and Docusign.-Training, Audit and QA of all sales team interactions and communications to identify gap areas and to ensure Sales reps are working within the expected guidelines to drive maximum results.
