Major roles & responsibilities include:• Work directly with active Clients to solve existing/foreseeable problems & partner towards a solution - building a long-term relationship • Work with Prospective clients during pre-sales by responding to RFPs, doing solution demos & pitching in a strong solution/response• Planning & Leading End to End Requirements, Design, implementation, testing & delivery of Business Intelligence solutions for business processes like Customer alignment, Call Planning, Roster Management, Territory Alignment, Incentive Compensation etc. for world’s top Pharmaceutical clients using Reporting tools, ETL processing, Data Integration tools and ZS Proprietary Javelin Suite. • Help project teams using On-Premise solutions to plan their migration to Cloud by choosing right architecture & ensuring seamless transition period without end user impact• Analyzing client data using tools & technologies such as excel/SQL/python to get insights into niche sales/marketing problems and design appropriate solution based on the analysis• Leading multiple teams of associates & associate consultants. Creating project timelines & managing their day to day tasks to ensure short term deliverable as well as timely delivery of entire engagement• Lead team of Solution Architects & act as Subject Matter expert for deciding/finalizing solution design & architecture • Actively involved in new hires’ training, on-boarding & mentoring activities

• Primarily working in implementing Business Intelligence solutions for various business processes like Roster Management, Territory Alignment, Incentive Compensation etc. for world's top Pharmaceutical clients using ETL processing, Data Integration tools and ZS Proprietary Javelin Suite.• Hands-on experience in integration with Salesforce.com and Veeva using Boomi and Unix• Worked on a multi country alignment solution (30+ countries) which provides Sales Force Management through integration between Veeva and ZS Javelin platform.• Analyze client data using tools & technologies such as excel/sql to get insights into niche sales/marketing problems and design appropriate solution based on the analysis• Designed and developed alignment solutions for US and Europe based Pharmaceutical clients using a mix of industry standard and proprietary tools• Have worked as a transition lead for multiple multi-country alignment projects to ensure seamless transition to the Operations team.• My current role on projects involves gathering requirements, leading end to end implementation and dealing with client and other vendor firms to ensure timely inputs and resolving issues. • Apart from projects, I am actively involved in new hires’ training, on-boarding & mentoring activities
